Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING - Please give me 2 -3 business days for ready to ship items and 7-21 business days for custom items (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Please understand I am only one human, working with human hands, and a human brain. I'm not perfect, but I do my best.

CUSTOM ORDERS - You will be given an approximate time frame for your custom order to be completed at the time of order. I do my best to get these orders done as expediently as I can. I'm just as excited to get them to you as you are to receive them. If there are any delays in processing your custom order I will update you as to the new completion date.

SHIPPING - You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Once your order has shipped any issues or delays must be addressed with the shipper. I will attempt to assist you as best as I can. I do not guarantee shipping times. Although we've always heard, neither snow nor rain nor heat nor gloom of night stays these couriers from the swift completion of their appointed rounds, I know this isn't true, and so do you. Delivery delays are simply out of my hands.

LOCAL DELIVERY - Yes, we do offer local delivery within 20 miles of Frederick, CO. Delivery may be an option at a larger distance for large orders. Please contact us before ordering to discuss.
