How do I order a custom sign?
Ordering is easy! Simply choose your product, fill out the customization options, and submit your order through our website. If you’re not sure where to start, just reach out — we’re happy to walk you through it.

What details do I need to provide?
We’ll need your desired wording, preferred font (we love using Cardo!), size, material choice, and any design ideas or logos you’d like included. The more detail you give us, the better we can bring your vision to life.

Will I see a proof before my sign is made?
Yes! We always send a digital proof for your review and approval before production begins. Nothing moves forward until you’re 100% happy with the design.

What materials do you offer?
We offer wood, acrylic, and leather in various finishes to match your style. If you’re unsure which material is best, we’ll help you choose based on your space and needs.


⏱️ Production & Shipping

How long does it take to make my sign?
Our typical turnaround time is 5–10 business days after you approve your proof. Need it sooner? Let us know — rush options may be available.

How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping within the U.S. takes about 2–5 business days. You’ll receive tracking information once your sign is on its way.

Do you ship internationally?
No. We do not currently ship internationally. 


🎨 Design Options

Can you use my logo or a custom graphic?
Absolutely! Send us your logo (vector format like .AI or .SVG is best), and we’ll incorporate it into your custom sign with care and precision.

Are there size limitations?
We can create signs in a wide range of sizes — from small plaques to large wall displays. For oversized projects, we’ll work with you to make it happen smoothly.


🔄 Changes, Returns & Revisions

Can I make changes after ordering?
Yes — changes can be made up until you approve the final proof. Once we begin production, adjustments may require additional fees.

What’s your return policy?
Because all of our signs are custom-made, we don’t accept returns. That said, if there’s an issue with your order, please get in touch — we’ll make it right.
